Harbor Beach
Harbor Beach is the largest beach in Oceanside and a perfect place to bring the family. The beach is wide for plenty of run around space. It also has a playground on the sand near the parking lot and walkway, as well as a picnic area with a cabaña. Harbor Beach is also a popular surfing spot, especially near the jetties.

Pier View North Beach
Pier View North, as its name implies is just north of Oceanside Pier. This wide, sandy beach is less crowded than Pier View South. The beach generally has a relaxed atmosphere. Sheltered picnic areas on the sand are available, along with volleyball courts. You must provide a net and ball. Behind the beach is the Oceanside Community Recreation Center. The beach is in a residential area.

Buccaneer Beach
Buccaneer Beach is Oceanside's southern most public beach with Carlsbad a mile to the south. The beach is Oceanside's smallest beach with one lifeguard tower. Across the street is Buccaneer Beach Park, a grassy area with a sheltered picnic area, barbecue grills, restrooms and showers.
