The timeshare is right at the beach walking distance to the pier; restaurants and shops. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Anytime I see this come up as an exchange I snag it looking forward to my next visit 11/2025.

The stay was lovely, service was wonderful and we loved how close to the beach we were. The unhoused were quite loud at night and visibly drinking and doing drugs. It made opening the window to enjoy the ocean air impossible for 3 nights in a row.

We loved our stay here. The staff is the best. They were all very friendly and helpful. We had a nice little view of the ocean that was nice to view as we ate breakfast. This was a peaceful anniversary getaway. We enjoyed daily walks and bike rides on the beach practically from our door step. We walked everywhere. Everything is so close the beach, pier, farmers market & many nice restaurants. Handles ice cream is a must try. We will be back. Thank you Nicole and staff.
