Not have kids run wild up and down the stairs and halls for hours in the evening!
That we could walk across the street and be at the beach! Had different chairs, umbrellas and body boards available for free for guess! Free coffee! The staff was excellent and friendly!

No AC and the time share units run the property

Well... The no AC is an issue for us. We came from AZ to escape the heat.
The time share guests seem to run the property and us guests that pay full price are treated like we don't matter.
The lack of concern for the kids running a marathon above our unit is absolutely unacceptable. The ceiling was literally shaking at 7am.
I have several other issues but I'll refrain....

You guys are perfect
The internet seemed to be much stronger with no interruptions this year

In the past there was a stand for the San Diego News Paper it is gone now but it would be nice to see its return

It would be nice to have a beach towel drop box near the outdoor shower on the 1st floor as well as one on the 3rd floor.
The Ice machine does not keep up, despite the paper sign posted. a second machine or bags of ice (for purchase) at eh front desk would really help during the hot summer days.
The ice cube trays in each unit do not stack so they take up lots of room. Stacking trays would help.
Lastly, if the laundry room could be opened earlier than 9 am that would be nice, some times the line for use can be a long wait.

The location, Beach!!!!
The first thing I noticed upon our arrival was the rug in the TV room. It was so dirty that it looked as though it had not been professionally cleaned or shampooed for years. In addition, the floors were not properly mopped. Our feet became so dirty from walking barefoot indoors that we had to wash them before going to bed.
I was also disappointed by the condition of the patio and barbecue areas. Many of the plants were wilted, dried out, and scorched, as if they had not been watered or properly maintained for a long time.
These issues gave the property a neglected appearance and significantly diminished the quality of our stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the property for future guests.
