Very accommodating, super friendly staff always willing to help you. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are great to have. We have used the beach bikes multiple times as well.

We didn’t realize there was no air conditioning in the room. It was far too hot and muggy and made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Windows and doors had to remain open so there was no escape from all the outside noise and constant ice machine use. However, the staff was extremely gracious and helpful and I can’t praise them enough. The bed was amazing and the kitchen was great. For these reasons, I couldn’t bring myself to check the “not as great as expected box.” In the future, I’ll always inquire about A/C before booking. That was a lesson learned. Everything and everyone has been accommodating, kind, patient, friendly, professional and simply amazing 👏
We are wondering who chose the location of the beach shower? It is dangerous as we have seen guests going through the parking garage. Plus there is alot more sand on the stairs. Thank you
