The fire alarm went off three times while we were. It was very, very loud.
This is our fifth year in a row staying there and I'm sure we will do it again. However, the multiple alarms was concerning.
The main thing we love is being right on the beach, hearing the waves, watching the birds and seeing the sunsets.

Always a great place to spend a week away from home. All associates are very pleasant and always a friendly greeting. The room was ready, at our surprise, long before our arrival. No delay in checking in. That was really appreciated. Keep up the great experience.

Really enjoyed our stay as always. The only negative was the TV reception. It was mostly pixelated 75% of the time. Called the front desk and the person was very understanding and knew of the problem. They were working on getting the problem corrected.

Yes, the sofa is old and when seat down there is a dip. Also the blinds are too small so on the ground floor people can see you at night! Lack of privacy. Relocate smoke detector, it goes off every time I do toast.

There was a Mouse in our unit. It got into out food packages on top of the fridge (we had to throw it all away and buy more). We saw it up on the dresser by the tv. We pay way too much in maintenance fees to have to share a room with a rodent!!
