Andrew and desk folks very helpful. Can't believe how big the beach is this year! Hopefully they will continue in the southern portion next year.
Would you consider providing a beach wheelchair? We saw them at the Oceanside lifeguard Tower and they range from $65-$2000. I’m sure a $65 expense would be within your budget and make all the difference in the world to those of us who use walkers and wheelchairs.
We absolutely loved the new ADA parking spaces. Especially number seven, which allowed me to pull my motorized wheelchair next to the passenger seat. And while we appreciate the door that goes into the building between the two new ADA spaces it would be extremely helpful if the door opened to the left rather than to the right. Once you get the door open, you have to back up in your walker or wheelchair while holding the door in order to get around it to go to the elevator. We also love the fact that there was sand this year. Also, the fact that you finally got chairs at us, old boomers can sit in rather than being on the floor of the sand. And of course, all of the staff was wonderful and friendly as usual.
