As part of our ongoing commitment to Owner and Guest safety, Southern California Beach Club will be conducting an evaluation of select balconies and corridors beginning September 14, 2026. Initial work is scheduled through September 25 and will help determine any additional work that may be needed.

 

During this time, Owners and Guests may experience construction-related noise and activity in select areas of the resort during daytime hours. Our team will carefully coordinate the work to minimize disruptions as much as possible.

 

Project schedules are subject to change as the evaluation progresses. We will continue to provide updates here as additional information becomes available.
