110% Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions
The 110% Best Rate Guarantee is available to any customer who books qualifying accommodation(s) through the Site on or after May 15, 2014 using a valid credit card with a United States billing address. Packages, deals, or Bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals, or entertainment, deals and vacation packages are not eligible.
Claim submission deadline:
Claims can be submitted up to 72 hours within the hotel or resort cancellation fees period. Note: Some hotel or resorts charge a cancel penalty regardless of when the reservation is canceled. The cancellation deadline is listed under the applicable hotel or resort policies. Claims received after these deadlines will not be honored.
Price difference cannot be due to taxes, fees, or a change in or use of a different foreign exchange rate.
A multi-night booking constitutes one booking and cannot be broken up into individual bookings/stays to file separate claims including, for example, booking a room for every other night of a stay, and booking individual nights through different email addresses.
The 110% Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to accommodation(s) 1) booked through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points or other reward type programs; 2) booked using coupon or promotion codes or travel vouchers provided by a supplier; 3) won through contests or sweepstakes; 4) rooms booked on websites that do not allow you to see the name of the hotel company until your reservation is complete 5) booked through third party travel agents and or listing sites representing ResorTime.
ResorTime reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information, including any claims that are documented only with screen shots from a metasearch site, and not with screen shots from an actual booking site. For purposes of these terms and conditions, a metasearch site shall mean any application or internet website that accepts travel service data (including without limitation airfares, hotel rates, and/or car rental rates) from the travel service suppliers or other travel service companies (collectively, the “Travel Suppliers” and aggregates such data into an integrated display based upon user searches, and then directs customer referral traffic to such Travel Suppliers for booking and/or ticketing on such Travel Suppliers’ own websites.
ResorTime will not be liable for the payment of any claims under the 110% Best Rate Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by ResorTime or the hotel company or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to rates backed by the 110% Best Rate Guarantee.
Void where prohibited by law. ResorTime reserves the right to modify or cancel the 110% Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified 110% Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the ResorTime Web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the 110% Best Rate Guarantee and the 110% Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the ResorTime Web site.
Verification of Claims
Following submission of a claim, a ResorTime Travel Concierge will contact you via e-mail. If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, we may request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower online rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.
ResorTime reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.
Upon verification of the lower online rate, ResorTime will send you a confirmation email notifying you that a refund and credit will be issued.
Credits are valid toward future ResorTime accommodations booked on ResorTime.com within one year of issuance date.
A credit will only be issued to the customer account under which the qualifying booking was made.
