Rooms are clean, but a bit dated. We didn’t have the time we wanted to explore the property, but it is right on the beach! Great location. Staff were very kind and understanding after our nightmare day and night of travel compliments of United Airlines had us arrive 10 hours later than scheduled. And we never crossed the Mason-Dixon Line (BTR-San Diego). No restaurant onsite, but tons located a very short walk away. Street parking in front of the hotel and across the street and they loan you a parking pass, so all good. Would love to return for the sunset we had planned. ☹️

When we arrived at our room, I checked the bed, as I always do, and noticed stains on the sheets and pillows. I contacted the office, and they sent two staff members to inspect the issue and replace the bedding.

Perhaps a bigger parking space. We had less than 1 inch clearance on both sides.

Could not check in until after 4pm. By the time I got the room it was almost 5pm. Room was beautiful, but I was in 311, and the room is right below some type of deck. Heard dragging chairs and loud banging noises ALL NIGHT LONG. it was horrible.

I had to disconnect the cable box from the tv to access the Smart TV features. Would be good to have the TV remote available that allows switching to Smart TV apps since most people streaming content these days to watch their favorite shows.
So glad we upgraded to an ocean view room. The sound of the ocean was amazing and waking up to having coffee on the balcony every morning was heavenly.
