Unfortunately only two nights were available. I would like to stay longer the the. The place is always booked that's how good it is

I requested an ocean view and I was placed on a room facing the court yard. Aside of that my experience at this place was great and my family had a wonderful time and precious memories to remember.
Very close to the pier, right by the ocean, near restaurants, beach chairs, free bikes, cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful.

Can’t beat the views from the balcony in an ocean front room. You can watch the waves, people and their dogs, surfers, and cars driving slowly by. Watching and listening to the waves soothes my soul.

Richard has been very pleasant and helpful with everything I have needed. A great asset to your team. One of your maintenance team members helped me by holding the cart for me as I unloaded the car when I arrived. I did not get his name. From top floor to the garage and in between, your staff is all about being helpful any way the can, sometimes without even asking them. They see a need and act on it. It doesn’t get any better than that. A great team here.

Host regular informal gatherings so that owners who have the same weeks each year (not casual renters who may never come back) can meet each other. Could be very simple - maybe potluck. Or maybe the corporation could provide a tray of vegetables and dip, or something similar, and some paper napkins, and owners could be invited to bring their own drinks (and glasses). Even at morning coffee - people who just want to pick up coffee and take it home can stop by anytime before 10:30. But people who’d like to meet other owners could be invited to come at a specific time each day, like 9:30. As it is now, you may see someone once, and say hello, but then never see them again.
