Dedicate some space - perhaps a unit - for group activities and develop ideas for bringing guests together. Use Carlsbad Inn, SC Cove, and Coronado Beach Resort as resources.
Clean out the rubble near the entry steps from the garage. It reminded us of the streets of Cairo.

THE RESORT IS BEAUTIFUL. COURTEOUS STAFF. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE COMMUNITY IS SO BEAUTIFUL. PLENTY OF RESTARTUANTS AND FAST FOOD DINING

Clean, staff is friendly, room was perfect, shower was nice and hot with ample pressure. We love the location Thank you a great stay!

What happened to the water faucet to rinse your feet when entering the gate before going back to your room, it is very heloful in the past

the resort is beautiful. couldn't ask for a better location.
however...
,I was told that i could upgrade to a room with an ocean view for an additional 5.00 per night- in addition to the resort fee which I already expected to pay.
I was actually charged over 40.00 per night in addition to the resort fee. I was actually charged an additional 600.00 for my stay there. Upon checkout I questioned this and was told no one told me 5.00, however this is untrue. What really sits bad with me is that the oceanside rooms appeared to be mostly empty anyway.

Everything has been great! We especially like the excellent cup of coffee we enjoy in the morning from the lobby. . The accommodations are very clean & complete. However, the mattress could be firmer, this being my only negative remark.
The room was amazing!
