Bathtub faucet loose. Made it tough to control water temp.

Everything is amazing!
If I had to tell you one thing to improve upon; it would be to add a row of towel hooks as you walk into the bathroom. I always love plenty of hooks to hang swimsuits, beach towels, & bath towels to dry. Otherwise they are hanging over chairs & doorknobs.
LOVE the coffee machine, water dispenser & ice! Much appreciated.

Our unit is very clean and well supplied. Oceanview is incredible from unit.

We like everything about the Beach Club except for the parking garage. Our midsize SUV barely fits into the assigned parking space.

The service, the location the views and access to the beach are perfect! It can’t get any better than this!

The staff at the beach club are all incredibly customer service oriented. Nicole and her staff do everything within their power to make sure that you have the rooms that you prefer and the services that you need.
The only maintenance issue that I saw was that in room 302 the kitchen sink faucet is on too tightly to rotate for easy use. A very small thing and something that could be fixed quickly. Also the thermostat knob in the refrigerator in room 302 was off. Loved my stay once again with all of you and I’ll see you next year!
I always always always love the views from any of the rooms that I’ve stayed in. I’ve always stayed in oceanfront rooms, but I also love the fourth level two bedroom rooms as well! You’re what time are they coming for you? The beach club isjust so right in the center of things and it is so convenient!

The location was fantastic, the view, perfect, staff was friendly and caring. Hate the parking structure though. LOL
